Save Lafayette is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization made up of Lafayette residents who support our City’s historic character. Save Lafayette supports the right housing in the right locations to maintain proper local jobs and a local business/housing balance. We oppose excessive urbanization that overcrowds our schools, causes massive traffic congestion, worsens parking problems, and threatens our health and safety. We support a vibrant downtown and a community spirit in which all residents are encouraged to participate in decisions affecting us.
We are citizens who love our town, donating our time to preserve its best qualities and welcome all residents to prepare for a resilient future.
